When accessing our platform or cloud APIs, you agree that you will not:

• Exceed designated rate limits or launch automated Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers or bots to harvest personal data from our public or private endpoints without authorization.
• Upload malicious payloads, viruses, or corrupted imagery engineered to disrupt image processing workers.
• Misrepresent your identity or claim unauthorized affiliation with Lucky Home Technologies.

4. Availability & Service Level Commitments

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and low-latency delivery across our cloud services, software and network services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, and security hardening as required to preserve platform integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, Lucky Home Technologies and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications, APIs, or informational listings.

6. Third-Party Services & Developer Integrations

Our software applications may integrate with third-party operating systems, cloud providers (e.g. Google Cloud, Google Play Services), or mapping utilities. Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
